You are advised to understand all terms & conditions of purchase before making any order or purchase of Hijab exclusive products from us EZZUFIRDA.

If payment has been made, it means that you have agreed on our terms and no compulsion on any purchase.

1. All purchased products, can not be returned unless there is damage or negligence as well as errors from us.

2. No refunds after the transaction.

3. We only deal in RINGGIT MALAYSIA only and do not transact outside of Malaysia.

4. If you buy online, make sure the name, address, postal code and quantity are correctly filled out in the form provided. We will not be liable for any mistakes you made when filling out the purchase form.

5. Please purchase proof of either upload via form or upload through whatsapp if you buy online. It is to ensure the purchase goes smoothly. Purchase information will be checked and validated within 24 hours. If there is no feedback, please contact HQ or any agent dealing with you.

6. After making payment, the customer is not allowed to cancel any order, nor money is returned.

7. All items are fully guaranteed to be in good standing before the post, we will not be liable for any damage caused by the courier, unless the damage is confident from us.

8. If you have got Tracking No, that means your parcel has been taken out, and you can check in the postal system within 24 hours, if the parcel is lost, it is not our fault, and you can continue to deal with the postal by giving the tracking no for further investigation.

9. We make daily posting, but acceptance of the order is only at 11 am every day, the payment goes after 11 am we will post the next day. We also do business in the store from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and closed on Sundays. However our order receipts are open daily and time.

10. In the event of exhaustion of stock after making payment, then you can make other color choices or;
        a) Waiting for restock if any;
        b) If the color you want is gone, and no color replacement you are interested in, we can refund your money as an agreement between the two parties.

11. If you find your item returned to us again, because you are not in the location of the address provided, or you did not claim the item at fast post, for the re-delivery of the parcel, you must pay the shipping charge again because of the negligence not from us.

12. More boss, we will return back either by oline or input only into the package.

13. Make sure to purchase with our authorized agent, our authorized agent has ID no from CODE EF, if the agent does not have ID number, you should be careful because the probability of getting counterfeit and artificial goods is high.
